Tuesday, October 29th, 2019
In what will no doubt go down as a classic GAF Online Baseball League series for both clubs, the New York Mets prevailed over the San Francisco Giants in the League Championship Series today.

With the ups and downs of the series thrilling fans on both sides, New York won the final game by a score of 6-0 and took the series 4-3.

"In the end, it's our fans who went home happy, but a series like this is good for all fans and for everyone in baseball," said New York starting pitcher Noah Syndergaard, who earned series MVP honors.

Syndergaard posted a 0.60 ERA on the series, throwing 15 innings and posting a 1-0 record.

The New York Mets will play against the Tampa Bay Rays in the next round. Tampa Bay won their series against the Cleveland Indians 4 games to 2. The World Series schedule will be announced after the League Championship Series finishes.
